Guardianship

On 01/22/2013

A Guardian may be appointed if a court rules a person is incompetent to make decisions on their own behalf. An incompetency hearing must be held before guardianship is given. Guardianship gives more rights to the guardian than having a Power of Attorney. To learn more visit the State of Maine website.

Words of Hope

- Catherine Pulsifer
